What is iCamp iPad Day?

Participant from iCamp 2014iCamp is an innovative and engaging day that will take educators through an immersive experience that builds deep understanding of how students create, connect, share and collaborate with iPads. This high-energy hands-on iCamp Day will give you a chance to start networking with other educators while learning new ways to empower students. You will innovate, be inspired and ignited to take their classrooms to a whole new level!

Creating and Sharing with iPads

In this all day hands-on INTERACTIVE workshop, Wes and Shelly Fryer will guide you in learning how to use iPads with students to create and share a variety of media products. You’ll work with other educators in table groups to share writing interactively, create narrated projects, short radio shows, paper slide videos, quick edit videos, and eBooks including audio, pictures and video and much more. You will leave inspired and ignited. You will see real examples from real classrooms including Shelly’s very special classroom at Positive Tomorrows, an elementary school that provides education for homeless children. From A to Z, they cover kids' needs so they can focus on being kids. Learn more detail about Wes and Shelly and the workshop at the website.

Workshop resources are available on ShowWithMedia.com.
