Promotion & Tenure: Dean's Council Recommendations
Deans notify candidate and department head/chair of the Dean's Council recommendation. Dean's Council provides written report to candidate, department head/chair and dean if finding differs from that of the college. Dean's Council sends recommendations to the Provost. Candidates not recommended by the Dean's Council have fourteen days to appeal to the Provost.
Chairs Share Merit Evaluations with Faculty
Chairs share merit evaluations and salary recommendations with faculty February 1–20. Note: Chairs are to forward materials and salary recommendations to the Dean by March 1.
