The Art of Online Teaching and Remote Learning Summer Workshop for Undergraduates is a 6-week course designed to prepare teachers, preservive teachers, technology coaches, administrators, and other education personnel to manage the technology, logistics, pedagogy, and underlying issues at the heart of our teaching in response to COVID-19. We all know school will never be quite the same. This summer workshop will include 3 three-hour courses and will be treated as one 9-hour block.

We have learned a great deal this past year and there is no doubt we think of online teaching as connecting with a new vision of education. We are using a growth mindset to engage and a simple question – What can we do now, that we simply couldn’t do before?

Most of us are teaching beyond the packets and the seat of our pants, but let's move to the next level and really engage our students – online, hybrid and in-person. The problem P-12 is still struggling to address is how to move from emergency correspondence delivery of instruction to true delivery of instruction that is engaging, equitable and accessible to all students.
