Adult Learning and Leadership Scholarships

George E. Spear Adult Education Scholarship
Recipient of this scholarship will be a graduate student admitted to the Masters of Science Degree Program in Adult Learning and Leadership in the College of Education at K-State. Consecutive awards to a recipient are allowed. Preference will be given to an off-campus adult education student who shows financial need. First priority will be given to students in the greater Kansas City metro area and Ft. Leavenworth. Second priority will be given to students in the greater Wichita metro area. Students must be in full compliance with all Graduate School/Adult Learning and Leadership Masters Program requirements. -
W.W. and Dorothy Lee Memorial Scholarship
The recipient shall be any student properly enrolled at K-State who is majoring in Adult Learning and Leadership. -
The Robert Scott Memorial Scholarship
Recipients of this scholarship shall be students properly enrolled at K-State in a masters or doctoral curriculum in the College of Education in curriculum designed to prepare specialists in adult, occupational, vocational or continuing education. Recipients shall receive this scholarship on an annual basis renewable for up to two years total for a student in the masters program and up to three years total for the doctoral program.
To be eligible to apply for these scholarships, students must:
- be admitted to the Adult Learning and Leadership degree program
- be enrolled in at least one graduate level course in the current semester
- be in good academic standing according to the K-State Graduate School criteria
- demonstrate financial need
- complete the Scholarship application (link below)
